Customers are required to provide a solid level base for sheds to stand on.
The Rustic Shed is produced from a 16mm thick rough sawn wayney edge board, which overlaps and in appearance looks similar to a fence panel. It is constructed using 38mm x 38mm rough sawn framing. The Tongue and Grove sheds are made from 12mm thick cladding including the floor and roof. The T&G sheds have framing that is dressed measuring approximately 38mm x 51mm. We do not use inferior sheet materials as they do not last as long as real timber. As standard the sheds have heavy duty roofing felt, fixed 2x2 windows and a door that is 28" wide and can be made up to 36" wide by request at no extra cost. Floor joists are normally spaced at 12" apart. The T&G sheds have a high quality spirit based treatment and are available in a golden or dark colour.
